Web Video Set Up

I would like to set up a video playing web page on my site very similar to MSNBC’s page: http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/26184891

There will be about 20 videos, and I would like to have the viewer to be able to select a video *on the screen* to pick after the chosen video has been played. See attachment for example.
