Fix Html Bug In Ie

On Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Safari, the home page is correctly displayed.
But in Windows Internet Explorer (I use version 8), I have a regression from the left navigation when on internet (http://www.delorme.jp/u/index.html) or a regression in the header menu bar when loaded directly from my drive.
I need a developer to fix this html/css issue so that it appears correctly in any browser.
I expect this issue to be fixed in 12h starting from the attribution of the project.
