Wp Expert Needed-redesign Blog

I want to make sure there are clear links to my Twitter, FaceBook, and MySpace Pages
I want the header to match my twitter page… please see www.twitter.com/3AmigosTX so that there is one look and feel.
The header should have our LOGO in there and “NO BANKS NEEDED” and “OWNER WILL FINANCE” in there somewhere (again, must match the twitter page.
Lastly, I want someone to find a good and easy solution so that I can feature homes I have for sale and they can see the pictures….I just started the postlets as you will see and it seems to work pretty well. I am open to ideas.
I Want the blog to be fresh, clean and impressive!
