Website Data Scrape

I need a PHP script to scrape items that have bids and the current bid for each item from two different URL locations at an auction site daily.
The scraped lists are emailed to me. Then the program must login to the site to add the items to my account. The site uses HTTPS for login.
I’ll need an admin section to update URL locations, login details, time daily to scrape for each URL, minimum bid amount to scape and email address to email reports to.
PM me for more information about the site including login details and URL locations. The script must work automatically on a Linux Centos server.
Later I will need additional work to tie in other auction websites.
