Video Bookmarking Site

I would like to have a site created that is very similar to this video bookmarking/rating/voting site:

I would like a simple site design included as well.
There are some features on skatelogs that I would not need such as the “Videos by Country” bit.
I would like custom code please and no pligg modifications etc.
