Smf Forum

I require a smf forum set up on my WordPress Blog.I have been looking at the forums and people are quoting between $10-$20 hour.I wish to know how many hours it will take to install a SMF forum and get it working.I can do a one-click install with Fantastico,however it is verion 1 which is out of date.Version 1.1 is the version I need.
The work will include seeting the forum up on my webserver(Hostgator) aand passing the keys when it is running and funstional.
