Search Dropdown List

I have an adult search engine.. I have a search feature on my site but would like to upgrade it like google.
So how it will work is,
Once they type a letter into the search field, it will then list down all the tags that start with that letter like how they have it on google.
My budget is $50. Let me know thanks. My site is a custom code, very easy to edit nothing hard. You must be okay to work with adult site.
