Openx Php Script 2

I need a PHP script written to comply with the banner system Openx.

The script needs to do the following:
1. Create a new advertiser
2. Duplicate an existing campaign (from a different advertiser)
3. Move the duplicated campaign into the new advertiser
4. Change the parameters for the site source in the delivery options (this will be specified prior to running the script)
5. Create a user for that advertiser to allow them to change the banners and url target
There is API available for OpenX http://www.openx.org/community/developers
For anyone who knows the OpenX platform, this should be a fast and simple task.
