One Page Checkout Redesign

Im looking for a webmaster who is good with ccs and html.
I want to change the look one page, the checkout looks on the site

also I want to have the products pictures displayed inside a frame
or holder.. whatever. I want to have the pictures always displaying the same size to give a better images…
You can see example of this work in ilove1230 website all the pictures look nicely framed.
