Html Coding Of Web Template

Our new website for www.mountain-forecast.com has been designed in photoshop and attached is a PDF specifying the graphical styles.
We require the template (supplied as a finished psd file), to be sliced and coded into html / css.
It is important that the coder looks at our sister site www.surf-forecast.com to see how the html and stylesheets work as Mountain Forecast will be served in the same way.
We use ruby on rails to serve the content inside an html template.
All widths, fonts and colours in the attached PDF are to be strictly followed. The pulldown navigation boxes should be generic – we will add in the javascript navigation afterwards.
The PSD file and assets will be supplied to the successful person.
