Grababid Clone

I am looking some someone to clone this french penny auction website with all functionalities intact. I need it to be an exact replica, but with a different template so that it will be completely seperated from the originale styled site. I’ll also need the programing to add this option; AT THE END OF THE BID WE GET 3 WINNER ( for more information about this option plz mail me).
The script must have:
A french frontend ( or english that i can translate )
An administration backend with all the functions that allow the site to work correctly
The site must be optimized for the search engine.
