Debug Joomlalms

This should be a simple task for someone familiar with JoomlaLMS. The Question Box under Quizzes is not working properly to allow questions and question types to be added. You cannot see the question types at all.
I need someone to fix the problem and check out the JoomlaLMS program to make sure everything else is okay also.
