Website Template Designer

We require a designer to create website templates. The designer will be responsible for 5 or more templates per week and shall follow the guidelines below:
- Page layout (homepage and inner page)
- Unlimited Reviews
- Valid coding of XHTML/CSS
- Turnaround time of 2 days
We expect fast response times when communicating with our management team, no more than 12 hours. We may be looking for more than 1 designer or a team who can fulfill our need.
PLEASE NOTE: Bids that are over our maximum budget amount will be ignored.
