Web Calendar Customization

We need to customize a web calendar script with the following:
1. In the ‘add event’ section, we need to add roughly 12 custom fields to collect very specific data.
2. Possibly integrate the data with another application.
The script is in ASP.NET, and uses an SQL server. We would need this functional within 2 weeks of proposal acceptance. If you need further details, please contact me. Thank you!
