Get a Freelance Job

This project is maybe a little different. I have 5 (possibly 6 or 7) properties to sell on ebay. The prices I am wanting to get for these range from around 6,500 Euros to 50,000 Euros. I have tried listing the odd property on ebay in the past but never really got very far. I only have a handful of feedback reviews and no experience with promoting ebay auctions.

These properties are based in central Bulgaria and I wanting quick sales agreed, although actual completion can be in the spring.

I am looking for someone to take details of these properties from my website and list on ebay and promote aggressively. There are photos, descriptions and videos available for use. The videos are also on youtube and so some youtube marketing may help. I will of course be able to provide you with answers to questions sellers may have.

eBay alternatives could also be used as well as other social media marketing.

I am happy to pay a nominal amount for time and effort spent in setting up marketing campaigns and ebay adverts, but there will also be commissions available of 250E for each property sold under 10,000 Euros and 500 E for each sold over that, presuming minimum value is reached. Bonus for selling all 5 of 1000 Euros. Any listing fees or PPC costs incurred will be covered by programmer, however I am happy to pay $0.10 per genuine email lead received from any marketing.

Buyers will pay a 10% deposit on winning an auction or agreeing to buy property by other methods and a preliminary contract will be sent to them. Commission will be paid as soon as 10% deposit received, bonus on completion of all sales.

I am open to other ideas to sell these properties as quickly as possible. PM for further details and to discuss options. An alternative maybe a complete overhaul and aggressive marketing of my website, again mainly commission based but would prefer to just concentrate on direct property sales as website gets good reviews and fair amount of traffic already.

There is ongoing work for right person as I list properties for sale on my website for other private sellers who are looking for quick sales and if sales can be achieved for my properties there is a huge market there for helping other people sell quickly.
