Update Css (smarty) From Psd

Update an existing CSS style sheet (Smarty) with Photoshop design on shopping cart.
Project includes:
-replacing website header, footer and standard site page backgounds.
-updating 8 pages including front page of site
Photoshop file an exist CSS file are avilable.
