Shirt Template Clone

All you just need to do is to clone the whole website, every function must be workable, I don’t wish to listen to stories at the last minute, this feature cannot be use bla bla bla lol lol lol in this kind of e commerce platform, I have experience it before and I don’t wish to encounter the same experience.
I would like to have banner system that rotates with Ajax so then page does not have to refresh. Like the site I have outlined above. I want it easy to change the banners or pictures whenever I want.
This template needs to be usable with the latest Os Commerce release or recommendation of yours and not hacked in any way. I need to be able to upgrade the platform whenever a new one comes out.
I have a logo that will need to be integrated into the template and I will want the psd files so I can change the pictures and so on in the template.
This template must have great SEO for ranking on Google and other search engines.
I would like the template to be completed in 5 to 7 days.
I wish to keep updated daily by email me every day on the progress of the project.
