Flash Web App To Access Pc Mic

We need an experienced flash developer to build a flash web application. The application must access a website user’s computer microphone via the web, record, and post recorded audio back to the server. Application must allow the user to review his recording before posting.
Requirements:
Flash, Flex, Actionscript, php
- Must be experienced and have a portfolio with relevent flash applications.
