Fix Website Layout

I need someone to fix my website layout.
my site is www.graduation-blues.com and the pictures at the top are liquid but I need it to be fixed…so that they don’t overflow depending on the size of the company screen…they need to be absolute..
my friend said something about having to move it inside the container…
