Design A Small Print Banner

Hello,
I want someone to design a small – 3 ft by 2 ft banner about the birthday of a small kid.
I will give provide the pic of the two little brothers… you have to remove the background of the pic and just mention HAPPY BIRTHDAY on the banners… followed by a TO with the younger ones Pic and below that “FROM” and the elder ones pic.
Will need this done urgently!
