Clone- Tagget Dating Site

I am looking for a programmer to clone tagged.com dating website and I need to introduce webcam chat systems as well (external)
If anyone can please bid here. Must include all the user features of and advanced admin system to manage users, listings, feedback, image uploads and comments. Also in the admin, it should easily import and export data.
Please only bid if you can complete this project and provide good quality examples of your work including back end admin access.
Do not bid unless you actually understand how tagged.com works.
Terms on payment: Due to timewasters who say they can do the work and not complete, we are only prepared to pay a deposit to go into escrow and then final payment on completion.
