Miscellaneous Web Help Needed

I need help with several websites.
1) I have several WordPress sites that need to maintenance done and the addition of new pages.
2) I have a site built on Joomla that is very slow. I am thinking about moving it to WordPress.
3) Maintenance needed to sites built on other platforms.
4) Creation of a new website – open to platform.
