Create Two Blogs

I want to create three word press blogs on the same hosts
one for the domain name newyorkrealestatedealz.com and the other for my another domain name northernjerseyreodealz.com and the last one for the domain name southwestpareodealz.com
i want the blogs to mimic this site
http://www.tamparehabdeals.com/blog/
and this site for site structure and
http://www.income.com/blog/
