Classified Ads Website Reqd.
I live on a small Mediterranean Island and would like to start a ‘Classified Ads’ website.
The need is for people to be able to post their own ads and photos, free up to a value of GBP100. Anything over this amount will be charged at 5% commission.
Ideally, users will have a unique login to allow them to maintain their own advertisement. The plan is to selling anything, including vehicles and property.
Is there anyone able to create a program/website for me?
We very much like the look of www.futurebazaar.com as this will work with what we have in mind.
I’ve attached an image of what we are looking for and the wishlist is as follows:
Each of the 6 advert boxes around the edge of the screen should display randomly, displaying 3 different company adverts/images and have the facility to link to an advertiser’s website. Perhaps these could randomly change whenever the home page is accessed.
The main advert at the top of the page should also be animated and change more frequently (every 10 seconds) displaying 3 different company adverts/images randomly and have the facility to link to an advertiser’s website
The 3 large boxes on the left should be labelled PROPERTY, HOUSEHOLD & GARDEN and VEHICLES as shown on the attached document, possibly displaying random images (perhaps daily).
When clicked or hovered-over, they should display a drop-down list of categories/items e.g. Cameras, Clothes, Computers etc. and when clicked, display a list of items for sale. Individual items can then be clicked to view more details of the item and seller contact details.
We like the scrolling banner on Futurebazaar and would like to use this to display advertiser’s logos at the top of the screen.
We’d also like another one scrolling to show the categories/items for sale e.g. Jewellery… Clothes… Furniture… Cars … Electronics etc. – these can also be clicked on to reach the relevant section

BUY – When clicked, a list of categories is displayed, when clicked, a list of available items is displayed with a small picture (or our logo if not available) , as shown on the attached pdf document.

Shopping, Business & Leisure listings – List of companies and phone numbers (listings will be free, but businesses pay to have their name in bold and pay to have a link to an advert and/or their website (similar to www.thebuzzbook.com, but more sexy, with a large search box to locate a business or phone number. we would llike the facility to upload adverts and Jpgs
FAQS – to display help, terms & conditions and our contact phone & email
Sign-in – register to sell, but can buy and view as guest (sign-in optional)
When clicked, the SELL box should display a template form for customers to complete. They will need to click on one of the following:
