Wp Theme & Customizations

Please see attached files. The plugins we want to use and how we need them customized should be evident in the attached files. Theme should be xhtml wc3 strict unless where not possible. Non-strict xhtml elements to be commented.
Plugins have been identified and css customizations need to be made to match look and feel. If you have a better solution than the ones we have identified, your feedback will be considered.
Sidebar needs to be 100% widget ready. Looking for a developer that can stay with this project as it evolves.
