Upgrade And Paypal

I have a site running CRE Loaded Pro version 6.3.2 and need to have it upgraded and have the latest and greatest paypal wpp installed. I want people to be able to pay via paypal or credit card through paypal, but when paying with cc I dont want them to know its through paypal. I also have a sister site, a proprietary site (runs on php and mysql), that I want to use paypal to take payments and also upgrade the users account. It was configured to use paypal before, but now its configured to use authorize.net.
