T_shirt Application Clon

I’m willing to pay $100-150 for this work. It must be done in 14 days.
My client is looking to create a clone of this application here:

Above site is done in ASP.NET, we need our version to be in PHP or Flash with MySQL.
Looking to get started immediately. Deciding factors for winning provider will be:

Primary area of interest is in “Add/Edit Text” and “Add/Edit Graphics” and we want it to work very similiar to that.
