T-shirt Application Clone

Either make it in flash or php.
I’m willing to pay $100-150 for this work. It must be done in 14 days.
My client is looking to create a clone of this application here:

Above site is done in ASP.NET, we need our version to be in PHP or Flash with MySQL.
