Animated Gif Logo

Hi, i am looking for someone who can create an animated GIF version of a logo that i need to use. The animated GIF would show the logo with a shine / glow rolling over the logo. I have a sample of that logo with the shine done in Flash. Need the quality to be good & file size to be small (100kb or so). Let me know if you are able to work on it. I am looking for people who can work immediately on this. It’s quite a simple job if you’re experience in Gifs.
