Rc Burn Out Banner

This project would be a flash type banner for the top of a RC car forum.
The name “RC Burn Out” I would like the banner to have some RC cars racing across the banner or doing a burn out.
Also with some detailed lettering coming from the smoke saying the name.
Fixed text underneath with our slogan.
