Multi-page Form
I have a web design client who needs am online form created – a clone of the form that starts on this page: http://tinyurl.com/form9999
In the past, I’ve done forms in FrontPage (which often stop working) and Coffee Cup form builder (which only seems to work reliably in IE). Since I’m not a programmer, I’ve never been able to create forms… So I’m hoping I can use the form from this project to create other forms myself in the future.
The form to be created for this project needs to look and work like the one shown above. It will only have one change – on page 2, it will have a ‘check’ option to say there is no co-borrower to avoid having to answer co-borrower questions.
The form would be placed in a webpage created from the client’s existing template. I assume you will be able to copy the form from the pages on the site shown, so hopefully, only minor script changes will be needed. The site is hosted on a GoDaddy Deluxe plan (Linux), in case that matters.
