Jomsocial Fine Tuning

Hi b4 you read this website is in arabic, i can translate things to you if you are sure you can solve the matters i need

i am using a component similar to digg and use jomsocial with it
i have following problems i want to solve in the site
1 if you click on the author of the post, you can’t see his contributions to the site … I want you to be able to see his activity stream
2 i want to be able to see a genral acitvity stream of all post by memebers
3 i want guests to be able to comment without registering with the use of a safe captcha of course
4 i might need a couple more small fine tunings
please don’t bid if you are not sure you can solve thise matters with one day
