Zen Cart / Usps Fix

I’m currently running the USPS module on my zencart site, I have it checked off to offer “first class intl” and “priority international” it is only giving the “priority” option, which charges a customer alot of money. I would like to be able to offer “the first class option”, but nothing I have done seems to fix this.
