Xml Website Integration

Hi,
I’m working to create a website (search friendly urls) where I already have the the html and css and I also have the XML where I can fill all information on my website.
I’m looking for a programmer who can take care of the integration for me, as I mention before, I already have the html, css and the xml feed. Will like to see examples of XML integration and what kind of solution will you propose to make this integration. This integration needs to be well documented as I’ll need to understand properly what you did to integrate this.
I’ll like to use php/mysql and I’ll make the decision next week.
