Survey Website To Learn Choice
Design a simple Website so I can determine customer preferences
I want a website with form designed to list 200 titles in 4 categories
When visitor puts cursor on title, there should appear a short description of what article covers. The visitor to the page should immediately be able to
-Select only one article from each category.
-Enter name and email address
-Have selected articles emailed to email provided (as .pdf)
On the back end I want to
-Collect email addresses by type of articles requested
-Determine which are the most requested articles in each category
-Limit free articles to 4 per email address
Form users will be seniors and baby boomers so interface/menus and graphics/font size should match
I’ll need proof that you have done this sort of thing before awarding you this work
