Simple Flash/java Splash Page

I need someone to creat a 2 page landing/splash page that will be used to collect email addresses. I would also like this page very well SEO’d.
I would like a well put together splash page annoncing a site/offer that I will be releasing in January. Basically I want folks to “register” to be notified about the actual release. Flash/Java would be good. Something very catchy. I will provide textual content, the rest be be left to your imagination.
All I need to be able to do is enter code from Aweber for the form to collect email addresses. I will also need a thank you page to send them to once they sign up to be notified about the site release.
