Review Site

I need a user review site.
I would like it where companies can be submitted to be reviewed by users. The users would also be able to rate the companies.
I would like a top list on the main page.
Similar to this site http://www.goldvox.com but much cleaner graphically.
If this can be accomplished in wordpress that would be preferred.
