Psd To Joomla Template 2

Need a PSD file converted to a joomla template.
I am not crazy about the module design so if you can think of a better one please do it.
The links on the banner need to be working.
The image in the center will be a module position for a slide show, still needs shadow background.
Also have another psd that needs to be converted to a joomla template, needs fluid panels.
