I have a overall budget of $7500 US and a development due date of Jan 1, 2010. Information about what the system will do and accomplish will be provided in the brief and discussion. Program must be bug free and able to work on any plain system but be our own OEM software. This is a contract project. Payment paid upon completion and final confirmation of the software functionality.
