Winrar Install Project

I would like to have a winrar file that once user opens it a file gets auomatically installed on their machine which does a popup once every 2 minutes for up to 30 times in a 24 hour period that goes back to my website. The pop-ups need to be unblockable by using a dialogue box to contain the message or by any other method that seems suitable. I am having many people pirate my software so I figure this would let them pirate a bogus file and maybe stop pirating it.
