Take Notes And Create Outline

I am developing a presentation geared towards people purchasing real estate in the US market. It is going to be focused on first time home buyers and move up buyers. The premis will be around buying properties below market value.
I recorded me and my partner working through what we would want in the presentation and took notes on a white board. The video that I recorded is roughly 45 minutes long.
I need someone to watch the video that I will post online in the next 24 hours and take detailed notes and create an outline for the presentation.
I need this project completed one day after the job has been accepted.
