Map Ftp To Local Drive 2

Hi,
I need a program developed, which include all rights etc.
Pretty simple:
– Needs to map an FTP account so it appear as a Local Drive in explorer.
– User just type the IP, username and password and the software will add the FTP account upon every startup.
– Windows OS.
