Flash Banner Rebuild.

I have a flash Banner on my site (Site A) which includes certain links to key areas (Pages) on my site (A). This Flash banner is used on the main site and then I use the same Flash Banner (Loading it from Site A) to pages hosted elsewhere on another site. (Site B) Site B has a different URL and is also hosted elsewhere. I want the banner on Site B to call the key pages on site A. This is not happening at the moment for some strange reason. I do not want the banner re-designed just the URL call’s (5) fixed.
I have tried hosting redirect pages on Site B but this did not work.
