Ffmpeg Expert Needed

I’m looking for someone with extensive ffmpeg experience. Ideally you are familiar with the ffmpeg source code and have contributed to the project. If you do not have experience or have never created the deliverables below please do not bid.
Deliverables:
1. ffmpeg binary with all media encoder and decoder libraries and compile options built for linux. This must be a self contained binary with all libs included.
2. FLV, H.264, 3GP encoder settings for low, medium, and high quality output.
3. Encoder settings for watermarking and thumbnailing.
