Create 1 Seo WordPress Site

We need to create a simple wordpress based website for SEO purpose. We will need you to do:
1. Put up the website – simple WordPress based blog sites with off the shelf design
2. Install plugin for sharing to facebook, digg, etc
2. Optimize website after I write the first blog post for that website. Will need to submit these websites to search engines so they appear and we get people searching for the website theme to visit that site.
We will buy the domain name, hosting, and write the blog posts. You just have to get the websites online, install the word press and stock theme and basic optimization.
