Android With Web Services
I need a programmer that is familiar with Android with web services integration and programming (server side).
We need to develop the very first phase of an application. Should this be successful we will move onto other phases.
Currently the unit supports Android v1.5. We are investigating whether or not it will support the new v2.0.
The app needs to perform the following:
1. Deliver a customized look and feel to the design. (Debatable, aesthetics to be decided on)
2. In either a web browser or Flash window give the user 5 selections from which to touch:
Option 1 is to show them pictures or videos in a rotating manner.
Option 2 is to show them another set of pictures coupled with text (menu)
Option 3 is similar to Option 2 (Specials)
Option 4 is present a Feedback screen where the user can use some sort of on-screen keyboard to select and enter their response.
Option 5 is to present a screen where the user can enter their rating choices.
NOTE: I am not sure if Android supports web browser or Flash windowing. I am trying to visualize it as best as possible.
3. Display an option to search (The actual search functionality may not be required in the first phase)
The look and feel (aesthetics) will be decided upon as we communicate throughout the project.
Please bid only if you have previous android with web services integration /development experience and can finish the project. Please be able to show something you have developed.
We have a small budget since this is a first phase project at this time.
