A New Site But Similar

I need a website/ community built like cross loop dot com
the site must have the same features and have software that is downloaded The software will feature a few differneces like an advertisng bar under the panel and a chat option. It must be secure. I suggest you read the help faq so there is no surprises on how this must operate. We need to intergrate with paypal. The software can be used seperatly with its own pay button on it which we can lisence with a code to PC repair shops.
