Whmcs – Email Ticketing

Hello,
I need to make a mod:
when i recive an email on support-A-zzz.xx, go to WHMCS and creating a ticket.
And when customer reply to the email of the ticket, system read the number of the ticket on the subject and add reply to the ticket.
That possible?
