Script To Remove Images

Hello i am looking for a script for my Image Hosting Website that will allow me to Remove images. I would just put in either the directory or the link. Example link
http://upmyphoto.com/img/image.php?image=frh_120090_images_7047_161316_loc.jpg
A client would send me this link and i would just enter it and it will find and remove it. If i can get a script were i can enter multiple links and remove them at one time that would be great.
Please let me know if you can create or have something like this.
