Gallery W/admin Panel

I need a gallery to put on and to fit my site.
I need to be able to make catagories (men/ladies or whatever) and folders inside them
Men
-> Doug
-> Travis
-> ect.
I need to be able to upload a picture automatic resize it for a thumbnail – on click it would pop up into a bigger picture.
Need this done asap.
